Hi, I'm Sidney, I live in Brazil, I made a purchase at the store near the city where I live on June 22, 2017, I have the guarantee here.

This purchase is xbox one and I came with four games to choose one and the digits that are on the card is no longer valid helps me there.

Gameshare problems.

I want to setup game share with my brother he is buying one game and im buying one game and we will share them. My problem is i have an xbox upstairs and an xbox downstairs, will i be able to play the shared games on both my xboxes ?

try to clean the cache by holding the front button for 10 seconds when switch of the console...

Then could you explain more, like how you're trying to pay your purchase?!? maybe is a problem of the card too...

thanks for the answer,but it didn’t helped. I tried to buy other things in the store but it didn’t worked at all. I can’t buy anything!

I’m paying with my Paypal account. I have purchased things with my PayPal account multiple times and I didn’t had a problem.

In the card is clearly written that the card expired in 31/12/2016.

You should contact your retailer nd ask for a refund.

Yup in fact, the name your game promotion has ended.

Just wanted to add to the comments above. You should never post codes on the forums. Even though the replies above are correct, if you were to post a code that there was nothing wrong with then someone else would take it and use it. You would then be
out a code.

I would recommend checking your Payment Options on your
Microsoft Account page under Payments & Billing. Make sure they're up to date and not expired. If there are any errors with them, they should also be listed there.

If those look good, where are you trying to purchase the game? On Xbox.com or on the console? What game is it?

But, I just checked to link to the
Locales FAQ about your console to make sure your account and region match, and I see right now there is a current
Service Alert listed, which is likely the cause for your issue.
