Problem in access to Xbox account (0x80a30204)/ Problema di accesso al mio account

In the last days as I start the Xbox it doesn't connect to my personal account as usually. I try to connect but it says: There was a problem in the access, try again (0x80a30204)

If I try again it doesn't work. In the other days after 5/10 minutes it connected automatically to the account, but today it doesn't.

Wifi connection is ok.

I can't find what the code means, please help.

Riprovando non funziona. Gli altri giorni si connetteva automaticamente dopo 5/10 minuti ma oggi non funziona.

La connessione wifi funziona.

Non trovo cosa significa il codice

Have you tried clearing the MAC address by chance ?

Settings - All settings - Network - Advanced network- Alternate MAC address - Clear - Reset

Good morning try unpluged the console and internet for two minutes and plug. This resolve many of the situations.

Connection is ok, Xbox Live services are ok, I hard resetted the Xbox and it still doesn't work.

I read that I colud try to remove the profile and add it again: I removed it but now I can't add it again bcause there is another error (0x80a40019)

I think i will retry later or tomorrow.

That error means there's a networking issue causing this.

Please go to Settings > Network > test network connection/test multiplayer connection and see if you get any errors.

Without knowing which error you get there I would recommend turning off the console and unplugging it for 30 seconds as this clears cache.

If you keep getting this problem and you don't get any errors on those two tests, I would recommend resetting your router. It would help to know what error you are getting with those tests, though, to recommend any further action.

From the multiplayer test resulted a problem of DNS connection to the server. As suggested i unplugged and plugged the console and the router, then I manually wrote the DNS and the alternative MAC and now it's working! Thanks everyone
