Problem- I can't message anyone on the Xbox app

So, you gave me some tips on hhttps//:support.xbox.com/fix-message, but unfortunately it didn't work. I then came here, but the tip you gave me also didn't work, because I'm on Xbox live (the app) and don't have an actual xbox. I basically just wanted
to message a friend on the Xbox app, but it didn't work, can you please help me out. Sorry if it isn't enough info. it's all the info. I have.

Problem with Blue-Ray app

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has encountered a problem with playing their 4K UHD disks on the Xbox One X.

At first, my Xbox was playing each disk just fine, but in the past week, not one has worked. Every time I load a 4K movie, the system launches the blu Ray app, but after a while I get an error message saying that the app is taking too long to load.

I deleted the app and tried downloading it again, but the same problem persists. At least the games work, but I’d rather not purchase an additional 4K player (funds are a bit tight at the moment), especially since the X has worked in the beginning.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any suggestions?

Thanks for your post! Do you mind clarifying what is being experienced with the Xbox App messages? Any sort of error codes or messages? Try sending a message from the website here:
Xbox.com. Once on the site, sign in, click your
GamerPic at the top right, and choose Messages. If the issue persists try out the

Reputation Check, on there, sign into your account, enter a mobile phone number, and enter the code on the website.

I have the xbone smartlgass app installed. my xbone is connected with an ethernet cable and my phone keeps saying there are no xboxs on my network. but if I unplug the xbox from the network and then connect to it wirelessly and try again, it works immediatly
but if I plug my xbox back into the cable the app can't find the xbox again. I've tried entering the IP address and I jsut get the error message "We can't connect to your console right now." (0x80010001). Did anyone else have this problem or any solutions?

Hi, I received a message on my Xbox that I was invited to the Xbox Preview Program but I think I lost the message, I can't find it.

When searching for the app I can't seem to find it in the store either.

On Windows 10 Xbox App I can still see the message but can't tell the app to open the message on my Xbox One.

Can someone help?

Same problem deleted my app and can't access the original message to redownload the app.
