Problem getting into preview program

Hi, I've had a problem getting into the preview program basically a long time ago, probably last year, I had one or two people send me an invite but never received them, and then again 8 days ago with the wave of people after E3 I had two more people invite
me. I never received any of these invites or any notification of them. I talked to xbox chat support and they said it showed up as me having been invited but choosing to decline it, which I didn't do, and then they referred me to here. So, any idea what I
should do?

I cannot view game clips since the latest update the other day.

okay that does nothing except put me into the dashboard preview program I don't want to be on that. I want to report a problem with my dashboard not go onto a preview program. this is really getting frustrating.

except i talked to the xbox support and they said i had been invited but i never accepted it

and i didnt get an invite via email or xbox message
