Problem getting downloaded game to play...

Yesterday I bought Madden NFL 16 for 360 with the Black Friday special price. I've downloaded the game twice and every time its done it keeps saying an message like error starting game... Try downloading the game again. I am using a 120gb hard drive that
I bought from eBay which works fine. Now before anyone starts saying "Oh its your hard drive, keep in mind that it has Assassin's Creed Black Flag downloaded... no problem. Grand Theft Auto 5 downloaded also. No problems. and a few other games downloaded as
well with no problems. So it can't be the drive. I have the highest speed internet that Charter offers so I know its not the connection. So what is the problem? I refuse to pay for a game I cannot play at all. If nothing can be done to fix this issue I want
my money back.

Keeps signing me out

I keep getting signed out of my profile. I've deleted and re-downloaded it and still not fixing the issue. Why is this even a problem? Can't play any games because I keep getting kicked.

 

I've been having the same problem as many others, i keep getting the 0x87e107f9 error code

i keep getting the 0x87e107f9 error code whenever i try to play downloaded games, i see many people are having the same problem, I hope this gets fixed or finds a solution soon.

 

Btw I cleared my hard drive cache and all that. I know the whole process but that still doesn't work.

 

Man, I would be sooooo nervous buying anything Xbox-related on eBay. The amount of fake crap on there that gets pushed off as "official" is nonsense.

Try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

 

Try deleting your profile, clearing your cache, and then redownloading your profile and the game.

 

I know you don't want to hear it, but it may very well be your hard drive. Drives purchased on sites such as Ebay or Amazon have a higher chance of being 3rd party drives that sometimes have trouble playing some games.

Do you have a friend who has a hard drive you can try downloading to? An alternate suggestion would be to purchase an external hard drive for storage to try. You can now connect an external drive up to 2TB in size.
