Problem getting credit for achievements in Zen Pinball Fx2

I recently purchased Zen pinball fx2 on the Xbox One and I bought all the tables that go with it. I got two achievements when the game first came out and they were listed as 0 gamerscore achievements but a couple days later they were changed to 10
gamerscore each on the xbox one, however my gamerscore total still listed them as 0 towards my total, same with the progress in that title on the achievement page for the game. I was trying to get my credit for those two achievements which would add 20 more
gamerscore to my total score and that should also reflect on the progress for the game. I chatted with a lady from xbox support and we attempted to redownload my profile and refresh my xbox one but that didn't solve it then she took down my info and said I
should see an adjustment to my account within 24 hours. That was the past weekend, days ago and still this change has not taken place. One of the achievements was Cozy Cookie and the other I think was Cosmic Cube and again this is in the Pinball on the Xbox
one. I would like that adjustment to be made thank you

Pinball FX2 Table Import Problem

Hi, I bought the game tables for PINBALL FX2 in windowstore,

ZEN CLASSICS, STAR WARS PINBALL, WOLVERINE TABLE, FEAR ITSELF, PASHA TABLE, CIVIL WAR TABLE.

After a win10 system upgrade, PINBALL FX2 will flash back as soon as I log in. Now using PINBALL FX3 is in normal condition. The Zen Studio's website indicates that FX2's Table can be imported into FX3, but I tried it many times and could not import it.
I could not find the reason. I suspect that I am concerned with the [Mod Removed – Personal Information].account that I logged in with PINBALL FX2. Please help me solve it, thank you.

(Note that it is not my computer problem, I installed PINBALL FX2 on several computers, the situation is the same.

 

Pinball FX import detection failed...

I have Pinball FX and Pinball FX2 claims you can import the tables from the first game, but I keep getting this error message when I try: "Pinball FX import detection failed"

I have tried deleting and redownloading both games, and clearing the cache, and still get the error. There are others on the Zen forums that are having the same problem, and Zen claims the problem is on Microsoft's end, so any assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about the achievement issues. If you haven't already, you can try power cycling your Xbox One console and checking to see if your gamerscore has been updated. It
is possible for delays to occur when unlocking achievements and adding gamerscore. Your progress for unlocking the achievement is recorded and it may take a little time for your gamerscore to update. You can find out more information regarding this issue
