Problem GamePad Xbox One forza 6 edition

Hello,

I have a problem with my gamepad xbox one forza 6.

When I push the trigger RT, sometimes the trigger doesn't work correctly. We can also hear a song when I push RT.

There is also a song like a creaking with the left joystick.

My gamepad was provided with the xbox one pack forza 6, and my xbox one is guarantee.

When I am on the support I can't create a reparation ticket and I don't know why.

Can you help me please ?

Initial update failing

I hope I don't have that problem on my Xbox One that I am buying this tuesday.

It's going to be the Blue colored Forza 6 edition.

lost game download key

hi,

i bought 6 months ago xbox one forza 6 motorsport edition but i lost my forza 6 download key i haven't use it.

please help what can i do now.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustrations with your controller. If your controller is still under warranty, when you log into the
Online Service Center, be sure that you register your console first. Once you do that, you should be able to add your controller in order to process it under warranty.

You get to play Forza Motorsport 6 early if you purchased the Ultimate Edition. Enjoy.

By FM6, do you mean Forza Motorsport 6? Forza Motorsport 6 does not release until around September 16th.

I checked the store via the website, and apparently the Ultimate Edition is currently $99.99 to pre-order.

I can connect it via Bluetooth but than i get this 6 axis 16 button gamepad with hat switch

How can this be possible.In one Window it Shows Xbox Wireless Controller, in the other 6 axis 16 button gamepad with hat switch.And Gamepad tester reports unknown Gamepad.....
