Problem game code Forza

First check on the purchase history with the account that was used to redeem the code on here

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/, then find the game in the Microsoft store on the console, and select install.

So when I go into the history of my orders, I see appear both games. This tells me they were paid with a code and the amount is 0. I clicked on the game that I can not download. It's registered "game owned", and I clicked install on the xbox.
I'll let you know if it worked or not.

If you redeemed this content on your account, you can actually see the correct description on of this via your

Order history. Once there, you will see the item, and it should state that you acquired this by being "redeemed"

This should also allow you to select it and it should take you to the Microsoft Store page of the item you redeemed.

Go ahead and confirm this for us, and we should be able to provide much more tailored troubleshooting steps, if any are available, to you.

The problem is that I don’t find the game in the console, so I can’t instal it...

same problem, i gave a 100€ code and didn't receve my Forza Horizon 2 code.
