    When i search a lobby on Black Ops 2, the load is infinite.

    it may me that a hacker hack my profile for not play on BO2?

    In another games i didn't reflected any problem.

    a few months ago i bought black ops 2 online and downloaded it to my console. well yesterday my console got knocked over while playing it. it stopped working. everything works but that game. i thought maybe i needed to redownloadvit. so i did and it tells
    me that it couldnt read thr game and i needed to redownload it. i did. and it still tells me that. i am really upset because it isnt working. so if anyone knows what i can do that would be great!!!

    Hey again Ashley!

    It shouldn't have anything to do with your profile since it's giving you a disc read error. Especially since you have the disc version of Skyrim and it was still giving you issues.

    It's starting to sound like something was damaged when you're console fell.

    Are you able to play any games on your console using your profile anymore?

    Are you able to play any games on your console if you use a different profile?

    Let us know and we'll move on from there.

    same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!

    I have the same problem whenever I play Black Ops 2, and only Black Ops 2. All I have done to fix it, (re-downloading account, clearing cash, checking connection,) has been completely useless. It didn't start happening until I was ddosed in a lobby while
    playing Black Ops 2. I was hoping that bit of information might come to some use in solving this issue.

    It didn't work. Could my account not having a membership have anything to do with it. I have 2. I don't use the account I bought the game with much anymore so I never bought another month's membership. Should I go ahead and pay for it and try downloading
    it again? Or can my WiFi connection while downloading have anything to do with it. It tells me to try downloading again when I try to play.
