    Problem finding xbox preview invite


    Hello,

    I was invited to the xbox preview program on 8/3 by my friend and I still have not received the invitation.

    I just finished talking with customer support and they confirmed I have an invitation pending. I redownloaded my gamer profile, cleared my cache, and power cycled my xbox.

    Any other tips?

    Also, does the invite just appear on my xbox one homescreen? Thanks in advance

    I'm sorry to say that we are unable to provide Preview Program invites here on the support forums. We suggest finding a friend who is currently participating in the Preview Program and request an invite from them Thanks in advance!

    Some requirements about the Preview Program:

    1. A player needs to be in good standing and no previous bans or suspensions.

    2. Must not be a child account (Needs to be confirmed further)

    3. Has an active gold subscription

    If you believe you meet the following requirements. You may try posting in our Twitter page as well to request for an invite:

    If you already have the been invited into the Preview program but missed or was not able to "except" the notification to actually download software. You can try go to check your messages again or remove and re-download profile then check. If issue persists,
    contact support and they may put you in a queue for your Gamer Tag or profile to be re-evaluated be sent another program invite. This normally takes 48 to 72 hours but you can ask support on how soon they can get back with you regarding your request.
