Problem finding a specific App

    Problem finding a specific App


    I have just set up a new Xbox one ok, already have account game tag etc. I wanted to download the Eurosport App but it is not appearing in the store. Have searched and physically looked and can't find it. I am in Greece with Greece as my region, no problems
    previously.

    Have downloaded both YouTube and Netflix no problem.

    Any suggestions as to how to access it. On the Xbox website if I go on the Greek version it advertises it as one of the apps available so I can only assume my region is not a problem.

    Trying to play movies from a flash drive and can't find the app

    I searched Google and it took me to links telling me about the "media player preview" app. I've tried finding the app in the Xbox store but can't find it even searching that specific title under apps. Any help is appreciated.

    Do you have any other device where you can install Wordament app and login with your Microsoft user? I'm saying this just to check it is not something device specific.

    Depending on the outcome, we can find different solutions to this problem.

    I tried this and it didn't work for me. Specifically attempting Netflix. No problems with other apps.
