Netflix Error Code / Update Not Working

Thanks had the same problem just a few minutes ago, re-downloading netflix now. Hopefully should be all good to go ^^

Netflix doesnt recognize my Gold Membership

Downloading my profile again DID NOT help the problem. I still can't access Netflix and my gold membership is up to date.

Are you able to clarify when you are getting that error code? Is it happening when you are launching the game or downloading? If it's when launching the game, have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app yet? If so, let us know!

If it's during download, please post back with the following so that we can work on helping you out best:

Modem manufacturer and model

Router manufacturer and model

Internet Service Provider

Wired or wireless

I am having the same problem. I have deleted netflix and cleaned the cach. I can download other apps. I am connected to xbox live. When I attempt to download netflix again it gives me a moment of the active downloads screen then says "Cant download Netflix"
with no error code.

I have downloaded my profile again, and the problem still occurs. I have narrowed it down to when I am watching anything on Netflix. Has anyone else had a problem with Netflix.

I've just downloaded Netflix to my ps4 and am seeing the same problems with the same programs.

So it looks like the problem isn't my xbox but with Netflix itself or maybe my TV.
