Problem downloading Minecraft

Hi,

I've bought an Xbox One console with Minecraft download code for all the collections 2 months ago.

From the start it didn't download past 83% - I even reset the console twice and it didn't solve the problem.

My accounts (MS and Xbox) are in the same region (US).

Can anybody help?

Hello,

The problem now is that I can download the launcher but the minecraft for window which you need to download the game mode, have an error everytime i try to download. Now is that the app of minecraft for window is impossible to download so i cannot do any repair on it,

And for the payment it is Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC so i dot know what is the problem with this that make me cannot download the minecraft for window

Do you get any error messages? Please provide as many details as possible about what is happening.

It's just not called Xbox One edition anymore. It's just called Minecraft in the store.

I had the same problem. In the end I found the game through going into my acheivements list then selecting game hub which took me to original Minecraft Xbox one edition option, I was able to reinstall it that way as couldn't find the option any where on
the store.

No, no error message - it just stops downloading at 83%.

I did another console reset and tried again, but the same happens...
