    Problem downloading Max The Curse of Brotherhood to Xbox 360 console


    I bought my son an Xbox Live Starter Pack which included codes for XBox Live Gold 12 month membership, a £5 credit and a game: Max The Curse of the Brotherhood. The game rating is 12 and my son is almost 10 but I am happy for him to play it.

    I set up his account online and entered all the codes under his username and his Gold sub is working OK. The game is appearing online under his 'my games' on his profile but not on the Xbox. When I log in as him online and try to download it I am given an
    error that he cannot send the game from his account and he should purchase it from the console.

    When I try to enter the code on the console it tells me it has been redeemed.

    Is it because he is underage for the game? If so how do I change the settings to allow him access. I am happy for him to have access to this particular game.

    I tried finding help but couldn't see anything useful.

    It looks the first game - Max: The Curse of the Brotherhood - is now free to download. As I type this, my console is currently downloading it.
