Problem downloading games with gold.

As many of the Latin users here i have a problem while trying to download MX vs ATV. I dont hace changed my console location and i downloaded Forza Horizon and Mirrors Edge without problem

My account region is Mexico.

My physical region is Mexico.

My internet provider is Izzi.

The content i try to download isla MX vs ATV reflex.

Have you tried downloading it through the Xbox website? I had a problem downloading Defense Grid when it was first released.

It should queue up, and then it will start downloading on your Xbox the next time you turn it on.

 

Problem downloading Gold Games

i have same problem. every time i try redownload games , stopped download 80-90 °% .

 

Hola MiddleAura, yo tenia el mismo problema precisamente con izzi, lo que hize fue instalar una extencion en el Google Chrome que se llama !Hola!! que te switchea los dns de tu provedor de cable de Mexico a USA

y con eso quedo solucionado mi problema

 

Ya lo hice , pero no me ha funcionado; me dice que tengo que instalarlo desde el Xbox.

I cant claim the game from the Xbox page; it says that i should download it from the console.

 

That's because you are a child account either download via your xbox 360 or have a parental account with gold download it

If you are using an xbox one you need to use a parental account with gold not home gokd

 

Hola. yo desde el sábado 1/10 estoy reclamando por chat al Soporte Técnico que reparen el problema de descarga del MX vs ATV Réflex, solo dicen que es un problema general y que hay que esperar. Una vergüenza ya que somos miembros Gold y pagamos la suscripción
y no nos dan una solución.

I'm sorry for your frustration. I did notice just now that your account is Silver and not Gold. You can tell by your gamer tag on your tile and your gamer tag is Silver. Is it possible that your Gold subscription has lapsed?

If that is not the problem, have you tried redeeming the free game with gold on the computer and then downloading it to your Xbox?

I cant download the game because it says that I need to download from my Xbox; and yes my gold subscription has caducated. Are you going to compensate us? Anyways thanks to Microsoft for its incomptence.
