    Problem downloading Evolve from Gold games


    I tried out Evolve a while back when there was a free weekend for it and was mostly uninterested. This month the Ultimate edition came to Gold and when i tried to install the Ultimate edition of the game it just sat in the queue not downloading. I have checked
    the Gold sevices and my internet connection. All were good. I tried looking for a console update and am fully up to date as of 3/19/17. I tried installing the base game before the ultimate edition and that didnt work. I got the error message "0x0" but could
    not find anything on the error search that had this code. I can download all of the other gold games just fine. I also have over 90 GB of space on the Xbox One.

    Trouble downloading digital game.

    I am trying to download Evolve Ultimate Edition from the games with gold. Whenever I click get, it says working and does not change to install. When I tried to pretend to buy it, it immediately gave me the ability purchase and install. Downloading for free
    from games with gold digitally does not do anything. Only freezes in the working process. I have reset my xbox numerous times and I cleared my local games cache and still nothing can fix this problem. Can anyone help me get it working?

    Hey there Worldotan1287.

    Let's try cancelling the download completely if you haven't already. Once it's cancelled, give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it turns off. Once you power it back on, try starting the download again.

    the game was delisted completely, and if it was obtained via games with gold can no longer be downloaded either and the games servers are fully offline also.

    Evolve can no longer be re-downloaded from Purchase History, at least if it was received as part of the Games with Gold program. The game was offered to Xbox Live
    Gold subscribers in March of 2017.

    I contacted a Employee about a problem, but after talking got no response? Any way I get an update on my issue?

    Did you buy evolve or did you get it from games with gold? I think if you bought it digitaly or own the disc it upgrades you to the legacy edition. Single player still works so you shouldn't need xbox live gold just to download the game. The dedicated
    servers were shut down September 2018 but there are some multiplayer modes you are supposed to be alble to play.
