Problem downloading Cartoon pack

hi all,

I'm having problems with downloading the Cartoon texture pack, i've purchased it but when I going into my downloads list it's coming up as unable to download. Has anyone else had this problem?

Minecraft texture pack Cartoon is not listed at ALL on the dashboard. So In-game store says Cartoon texture pack $1.00, & when you go to buy it, it says, $4.99. I have several friends who bought it thinking it was a $1 & are very mad. This is a glitch,
or issue that needs correcting. Thank you,

Had the same trouble until last night! The Cartoon Texture Pack download worked for me after several failed attempts previously : )

 

Yep, exactly the same. No other problems downloading stuff before or after, but this one gets stuck on 0% for about a minute then i get a message saying can't download. I'm in the UK.

 

yeah I'm in the UK too. I ended up contacting Xbox Customer support and going through the options like deleting the system cache and the marketplace cache but still nothing.

They ended up telling to contact the developer of Minecraft to see if they got problems with the DLC. I've sent a tweet to 4J Studios and up to now they haven't replied.

yeah I've just checked and I was able to download the texture pack with no problems.
