Problem downloading Call of Duty WW11

I ordered Call of Duty WW11 back on 26th October when I had an Xbox 360, by the time the release date came I had sold the Xbox 360 and got an Xbox One. I created a new User Account for the new box and now I cant get access to the game download page. When
I go to my Microsoft Billing info page it says that the order is COMPLETED but I have not downloaded the actual game on either of the two Xbox machines.

Any help would be very much appreciated as I dont want to give up as it cost me £54.99 to buy it!!

seem to be having problems with call of duty ww11 after paying £85 for it whenever I manage to get a descent number of kills which is not often because I am not that good the server drops out and it does not register but if I get humiliated it stays in no
problem also seem to be shooting people to no affect is there cheats out already as usual why does this game never keep it level some of us are older and work we cant play 24/7 give us a flipping chance

 

You'll have to download it with the account that you've purchased the game with.

Since you've created a new gamertag, you won't be able to download it with that new gamertag.

The purchase was made with another account, you must use the same to download the game and install it. Later you can use the game with other accounts added on the same console.

 

Sorry you seem to be having troubles getting your content have you tried going to the xbox store on your computer or mobile device and installing it from there, it should work that way if you have purchased the game also if you got a new Xbox make sure you
have set your new Xbox as your home xbox you can do this five times a year. Another thing to check is if you are signed into the right gamertag, you must be signed into the account that you maid the purchase with so if you had another account and for some
reason you bought the game or product on that account you will need to download that gamertag/account to your xbox to be able to download to your xbox. It should show up in your ready to install section but if not just go to the game store and install also
some people have issues with digital downloads over seas sometimes it will help if you go in settings on your xbox and change the region you are at to the US during the download and then change it back to your specified region. The last thing I can think of
before contacting xbox support @ @xboxsupport or at the website @ Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support is as dumb as it sounds is to delete your gamer profile off of your new console and restore or "download" your
gamertag back onto your console, make sure you back up your system on a external drive if possible or just right on the xbox hard-drive just in case something goes wrong you wont lose all your account settings and what not. hope this helped solve or get closer
