Problem downloading bioshock 1

i've bought bioshock on last week 2K sales,but when i download the game never complete. i've about 6 GB on my usb drive and the game demands only 4.6, but as the download goes it simple stops, i've tried to download many times by now and i don't know what
to do or how to send a ticket to support. thanks!!

Purchased and Tried downloading BioShock

I purchased bioshock last night to leave it downloading over night and it doesn't go pass 45%

I've been seeing a lot of posts about the same thing, is there a problem with the game?

Xbox is brand new and i downloaded Skyrim when i first bought the system 2 /3 weeks ago. Xbox live works fine as well

I'm having the same problem, also with Bioshock 1 =( No error code is displayed.

 

Not all USB drives work on the Xbox but you need to try to use a different USB stick.

use the Xbox USB stick

 

i've already downloaded and played several games like sleeping dogs, reckoning, marvel vs capcom 3, fable 3, crackdown, the problem is with bioshock

 

all these games at the same usb drive that i'm trying to download bioshock to

 

I suggest you phone up Microsoft since you firmly believe it's an issue with the game.

 

im having the same issue with bioshock but im not trying to download to a flash drive but to my 300+ gig hdd

 

Make sure you are not playing any games while it is downloading too pretty sure you know that though.

 

well guys, the problem is definitely with the game, after several tries i finally managed to finish the download, i tried like 10 times, and finally it completed the download. after i re-downloaded reckoning with no problems..
