Problem downloading a new collection

I have bought with my rewards three new collections. When I try to download, the process goes about 80 % of the way then stalls out. I have been trying to download these collections for over two weeks trying several different times.

it say there was a problem downloading game data. for Microsoft solitaire collection, mahjong,

"bought" new collections and it said they were downloading but they don't appear in my collections. My coins have gone though

I understand this is confusing and frustrating but hopefully we can help here at Xbox.

have you tried a hard reset with your Xbox one by holding your finger on the power button till the console shuts down completely and then turning back on ? This link on the Xbox Support page may give you better instructions

If this fails to work you may want to check your internet settings on your Xbox one console by following the steps at this link. ->

I have the same Problem.

In addition the game closes every time I try to download a new Collection.

Similar problem. The Gold for the collection I wanted has been taken but all I see is a 'Downloading .....' message but no download.

Same exact problem here. I can't even download the free ones. It just says "downloading" and nothing happens. Even tried leaving it overnight to see if it would make any progress, but nope. Really frustrated and hoping this will be fixed really soon
and that I don't lose access to the nebula set I spent gold to get.
