problem downloading a game

Currently trying to download Dragon Ball Z: UT, the download will start and a few moments later i get a message saying "cant download dragonball z: ut". my connection is fine and i have plenty of space on my hard drive for the game but i get this message
every time i retry to download it and it doesnt say why the download has stopped. any tips or help would be greatly appreciated

I'm trying to download JD 2016 and keeo getting the following error message:

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.
What could be the probelm?

Downloading/Installing a game problem

At this point I would personally suggest to restore the console to factory settings, that may not be the most convenient solution, but it has proven to fix a lot of issues

Try clearing the cache.

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage or Memory.

Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

Select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

If that doesn't work try clearing it three times.

If that doesn't work try deleting your profile (Make sure you have the sign in),

clearing the cache

Re-downloading the profile

and clearing the cache three times more.

What you and your friend have done is called Marketplace Theft and is against the ToU and CoC of the Live service. When the PET catch you, you both risk having your accounts and/or consoles banned permanently from Live.

Please try these steps:

- Delete the game

- Clear the system cache

- Delete your profile WITHOUT the associated Contents

- Download your profile again

- Download the game again in one go

Check your network setup, because such big files (like Games on Demand) need a good working constant connection.

Nice, thanks for the info.

Was curious as I also own an Xbox S and have had none of these issues with it during this time period.

Obviously many many people have had the issues I've posted over the past month.

Seems more likely an issue with the update for the Microsoft store having a bad time with my systems.

Obviously the issue isn't inherently with the Xbox X, but

I woundered if this update has had a bad time with the console.

The reason I wounder this is there's a store update waiting in the update menus after I factory reset.
