Problem DLC on Xbox one

Hello. I bought the game Chariot Bundle in xbox live store. I can play the main game, but all that is connected with DLC available. Install and reinstall can not. I corresponded with the developer of the game and they wrote that only you can help.

"If not, the issue is on your Cloud and only Microsoft can fix it on their side. I don’t have those access on my hand." - support game.

Problem with DLC on Xbox one

So ive noticed a huge problem with the way dlc works on xbox one. Currently a battlefield 4 dlc is free so i downloaded it just in case i ever decide to get the game, but since i dont have the game i cant see the dlc that was installed so now i have no way
to delete it. The dlc is pretty huge and i have very little space left on my xbox so this is a pretty big problem for me. So if someone who works for xbox and has input in the updates sees this please fix it so i can look at all the storage on my device and
delete individual things like on the 360.

As a temporary solution you can follow the advice of Mister Retr0 to delete the DLC with a disc based game by putting the game disc in the drive, initiating the install, then pausing the installation after a few minutes; this will give you access to
"Manage Game" where you can delete DLC. You can then quit the installation process.

So you don't see the Royal Gadget Pack when you check Chariot's "Ready to Install" section, correct? Are you able to download the DLC pack from the

store page by any chance?

If neither of those work, you'll want to reach out to our
phone team for further assistance. What may end up happening is that they will refund you the purchase price and revoke your current license. This may take a couple days to propagate through but after 24-48 hours, you should be able to re-purchase the content
and (hopefully!) play it as intended.
