Problem deleting a game from my xbox

There are 2 games I am trying to delete from my xbox 360. Whenever I press delete it pops up with an error message saying there was a problem performing that action

Please, follow these steps to clear your storage cache data:

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings > Storage.

Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button on your controller for Device Options.

Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.

On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Then attempt do uninstall the games again, if they aren't already gone after clearing the cache.

I did exactly what you told me, is that if I totally delete xbox + all games from my pc and reinstall it will fix the problem?

My problem is on Xbox one.

When I go to game management, I see only "reserved place". If I delete it, corrupted game is reloaded from Xbox live sync :/

I'm still playing the game, so deleting all my saves would be a problem, since it would delete my most recent saves from my current playthrough as well.

Hello Jesse, I've looked into the method you've suggested and it only shows games that I've deleted in my all owned games section on my new Xbox, if I were to delete the games on my old Xbox and then download them on my new one from the all owned games section would that work? Also if I were to delete add ons off of my base games so I can download them without problems would I have to rebuy the add ons?
