Problem delayed response buttons D-Pad

Hello,

I have a problem with the controller of the Xbox One. Overall, the controller works properly, all well synchronized, all buttons function and not disconnected. But I have problems with D-pad buttons. Sometimes I press the up button and unresponsive and pressing
again performs two or three moves.

I've updated, I have resynchronized but the problem persists. It happens in both the menus and games.

Xbox One Elite Controller Button Mapping Problem

I have no idea TBH, but have you tried also mapping the D-Pad left to the Y button as well as the y button to the d=Pad left button? (ie map both buttons so they are all mapped)

 

Make sure the controller is fully updated. You may also try removing all power from the controller for a couple of minutes to see if it will reset. Sometimes a hard reset performed like this will help controller issues. Hold the power button on the console
for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.

If these solutions don't help and the controller is not under warranty it will probably need replacing.

Hi, thanks for the reply but does not solve my problem. I have tried everything you mention and have failed to resolve the incident. I tried it with a control cable of the brand HORIPAD, and working properly. Both the controller and the console are under
warranty. What I can do??
