PROBLEM CREATING A BEAM ACCOUNT USING MY GAMERTAG AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT

Sorry to year it. What you should do is create a Beam account on the website and then just go to the account setting and link your Xbox account to it.

Just create and set up another account. Since it will be a new Microsoft Account and possibly for a gamertag you should consider relieving yourself of the stress just by running in circles with a problematic one.

Hey there, it would probably create some account management issues for users and servers if that were possible I'd think. If you want to make a second account, you will have to use a different Microsoft Account. You will have the option of

changing a gamertag to a different Microsoft Account (linked for instructions) if you wish to do so.

you can try to move the newly created (or old) account to a new Microsoft Account, like mentioned here:

support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account
