    Problem connecting to Xbox live


    I have not been able to log into xbox live for 24 hours... I have tried reseting it, hard reseting it and factory reseting it. Whenever i
    try to add my account to my xbox after factory reseting it i keep on getting the error code 0x80a4001b and when i try to connect to xbox live i get error code 0x87dd001a.Does anyone know how to
    fix this?
