Problem connecting to Xbox Live Servers (PC - W10)

Everytime I try joinnig or starting a group in Xbox Console Companion i get the message: "Unable to connect to Xbox Live 0x8923103D".

I also have problems for joinning or creating matches in Age Of Empires 2 HD. Everytime I try i get the message "Server Error".

Mi NAT is Open and conectivity to server is OK (checked in W10 configuration, Xbox Network)

My Xbox One console is connected to the same router and I can join and start groups there, so I think the problem is on my computer.

For real no one can help me?

I cant play any Microsoft game (same happens when I try to play Sea of Thieves)

Ive tryed using other account and nothing, other PC and nothing..

Seems ill have to stop paying Game Pass and give PS4 a try.

I know dude im mad as hell I can't play any games with my friends. however my game chat works but I don't like holding down a key to speak everytime im in trouble or etc.

Same problem for me ... impossible to install any driver for this adapter which is specially for W10 !!!!

So my xbox one controller can't be connected to my PC (with W10 Pro installed and updated )

The redesigned controller has added Bluetooth to make it easier to connect to a W10 PC. That is all. The Xbox One S does not use Bluetooth to connect to the controller.
