Problem connecting to Live trough backward compatibility mode

Hi guys, thanks in advanced for your feedback.

A few days ago I was accepted in the preview program and the first thing I wanted to do was to try backward compatibility. So yesterday I put Mass Effect in the X1 and after the 7 gb download it was ready. Everything was fine until I got to the screen that
says your 360 information is being downloaded, after a long time comes a black screen and then the game starts without a profile, so I opened the 360 guide and tried to download my profile, which I couldn’t. A message said that I could not connect to live,
however the X1 have been connected to Live all this time. Tried a few more times and always the same mistake. Finally I decide to hook up my old 360 and, surprise, it was not able to connect to live.

Here are some of my thoughts:

I couldn’t connect to 360 live trough the emulated version on X1 and the console itself. Which makes sense if Live for the 360 was down or there is a problem with my router. The thing is that the X1 was connected to Live, and everything was fine. That is
what confuses me.

Can it be my router? Can it allow the X1 to connect but not the 360 (console or emulated)? The X1 and other stuff (pc, cellphones) on the network work great. Any suggestions? Has anyone got this problem?

*Everything was wired. Tried trough WIFI with the same results.

My Account won't stay connected to xbox live on backwards compatibility.

I'm having a problem with backwards compatibility. My xbox live account disconnects from xbox live when I attempt to log in on the 360 menu on backwards compatibility for Xbox one.

 

Horde mode

How do you access backwards compatibility to play horde mode

 

try power cycle the machine to see if that helps.

 

Have you uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to see if it was the game?

 

Nope. But I don't think is the game. It runs fine, is the emulated version of the 360 the one that doesn't connect.
