    Problem connecting to Gold


    I have a gold membership, it is due to renew my 3-month subscription in January, but when I sign into my Xbox one, it tells me to purchase a gold subscription. I have hard reset already, I've deleted my account off my console and re-download it, and still
    nothing. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I'm waiting on a call from support, so hopefully they can help..

    I understand that I need gold account to play online,

    but if I dont a have a gold account will I have a problem to connect to ea servers ?

    will I get an error connecting to it ?

    Can not connect to live!!

    Is that account having the problem the same one you used to post this question? If so, it shows that the account is a silver account and not a gold account. This is likely the problem you are having connecting. If you had a gold account, it is likely a billing
    issue.

    Can't connect to some game servers

    My problem is connection to a select few game servers, not logging into my gold account. I can connect to xbox live and use gold privileges, the only thing I can't do is connect to Halo and Rainbow Six frequently without a hard reset.

    Thanks for that info. I took a look at your
    Xbox Live profile     page and noticed that you were recently playing some Halo 5: Guardians. Are you still having console issues or were you able to figure things out?
