    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    What's the problem?

    There's no any reason to get me banned. (I'm not because I know what writes when you get banned, from my friend).

    Hi, unfortunately you can't add a new profile to a banned console. All you can do is try and get a refund from seller.

    Console ban means really that "completely unusable"

    You need to make sure of this when buying a second hand console.

    Once a console is banned it will never be able to reconnect to the xbox live network. I would suggest returning it back to the seller
