Problem configuring XB1 Elite Controller

Discus and support Problem configuring XB1 Elite Controller in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For some reason i cant configure my Elite controller so that i can use my paddles as D-Pad directional inputs.     Problem configuring XB1 Elite Controller


    For some reason i cant configure my Elite controller so that i can use my paddles as D-Pad directional inputs.

    Is there any way to fix this problem or is it just a problem with the app?

    Upload Studio: Voiceover Button is greyed out

    Same problem here. I have the headset adapter, the Elite controller. I've also tried it with my stock controller that came with the XB1.

    The XB1 has been hard reset.

    The controller has been updated.

    The option is greyed out no matter what I try.

    XBox Elite Controller app?

    Does anyone know where to find the app for configuring the Xbox elite controller? I've searched using the XBox and Windows and nothing works.
