    madden 15 Futuristic Deluxe Stadium pre-order Help

    I pre order Madden Ultimate Edition at Game Stop and can't figure how to get it. Ultmate edition code was in the game box but no code on anywhere else. Has anyone else has this problem?

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Purchase History     for your Microsoft account, it could be that you've redeemed it on your account but the device used has not recognized it. If it does show up on your history, be sure to complete a

    power cycle     on your console.

    Contact Us     portal to get in contact with an agent so we may assist you further with this token.

    Even if there is an error with the code, don't post codes on the forums. These are public forums so anyone can take them.

    You will need to contact the retailer you purchased it from to see if they will exchange the game for you.

    Codes are one time use only. So the games would be tied to your account. It is not possible to transfer ownership of digit content.

    Unfortunately not as when the codes are used they are bound to your account so you would have to give over your account for them to use the games
    Which would violate the code of conduct/terms of service and put the account at risk for being banned.
