    Once set an age of an gamertag cannot be changed till it turns 18

    You must adjust parental settings for indie games

    Under online safety settings and premium content

    Nothing can be done about YouTube

    Hi,

    You'll want to contact phone support to see if they can do anything for you there. I'm not sure what the procedure would be if the account is banned
    and it's connected to a child account.

    Problem - Child account

    If your account is showing up as a child account then you would need to sign in with the parental account at account.microsoft.com/family with the adult account and remove yourself from the family and that would put you into your own family as an adult.

    If your date of birth when the account was first set up has not reached the age of 18 when you remove yourself from the family then you will not be able to do anything until added to a new family as a child.

    Problem with child accounts

    Go into account settings, scroll accross to account security and then select change microsoft account. Make sure you are using the profile you want to change info for. It will remind you when you select change account. Hope this helps.
