    "Problem chat after ban" doesn't means that the OP suspension is over but he is questioning whether or not they are problems after the suspension period. Your info should be directed to resolving the issue at hand "How can the OP verify that his suspension
    period is over?"

    the original poster ELS FENOMENO has already made several posts about this issue and has made it clear that his communication suspension has ended which means he is unable to open an case review, now you commented asking Badger how he knows about not being
    able to is it clearly states at the enforcement website that you must have an ACTIVE enforcement action to open one.

    I have already posted a link to the enforcement addressing the current problem, I have already done my bit to help these guys!

    Well if you read it, its about the problem that people are having after their communication suspension have been lifted. I already knew the forums aren't used anymore, but this forums.xbox.com/.../2050832.aspx thread post is there with the enforcement
    team addressing the problem.

    this is great information for people who still face problems after their suspensions.

    I think this is not going anywhere as someone think he knows everything!

    To find out if your suspension is over you can either read the email sent to you telling you how long the suspension is or log in here
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo & see what enforcement action is on your account & whether it is still active or not.

    The link ISirDubstepI provided is the best place to send someone having the issue the op described.

    By copy pasting the support page info you just confirmed what I already stated, the gamer whom profile is still under suspension can ask for a case review.
