    Problem changing my gamertag


    Hello I am having a problem changing my gamertag. Well not necessarily a problem, but more of a request. My gamertag is Miltos x, but I would've liked it to be just Miltos. However it says the gamertag has been "reserved" but when I looked up the gamertag
    it was not in use, in fact it's never been used at all. I was wondering if it would be possible to acquire this name for my account since I've had my account for about 6-7 years. I would greatly appreciate the help, thank you.

    I do want to change my gamertag so it's easier for people. Problem is, so many short names are taken.

    nope no way to request a tag that is in use just to let you know other services use the game tag system not just Live.

    Hello,

    You can request to change a gamertag and pay the associated fee. Unfortunately if the gamertag has been used recently or is taken (whether used or not) it won't be available. Some creative types use a '5' instead of an 's', maybe this could assit you and
    how you want the gamertag to look.

    People log on to XBOX & Microsoft on phones, tablets and consoles.

    If the system says a tag is taken, then it is in use somewhere on Microsoft's servers.

    Also, the system doesn't see things as spaces as making a gamertag unique. So while FlyDraw is not in use, the system sees it as being in use because someone does have Fly Draw -
