Problem buying Xbox 360 games on Xbox One

Hello,

I'm experiencing a problem. When I first set my Microsoft account I lived in a different country than where I live now. I recently bought an Xbox One and have been using my old MS account and have been able to buy games without a problem except I had to
change the console language to one of the languages of the current territory otherwise PayPal wouldn't allow payments. The problem happens when I try to buy Xbox 360 games on the store because the moment I get redirected to the payment page the page automatically
switches to the language of the country where I first created my MS account and PayPal blocks the payment. I searched everywhere on the account settings to find the place to update the country settings and changed it to the new country everywhere, except in
one address that is still connected to my account but that doesn't allow me to change the country settings.

Can you guys help?

P.S. im buying 360 games on xbox 360. But they show up in xbox one as ready to install.

Can't download Free Games on xbox 360 market with Gold from console nor PC

Well I have working payment option on my account, I am buying games on xbox store without problem, I came onto this problem only on free games for xbox 360 with backward compatibility recently.

Hey, Outrunner!

If you are in a European country that
Xbox Live is supported in, then you should be able to do an
account migration to that region. Xbox 360 content is based off your account's region, and this should work for you.

the same account works for both Xbox One and Xbox 360 you shouldn't have any problem buying the game try to buy it from the xbox One and if you can't then try to buy it from the xbox website

I think it's failing when trying to buy Xbox 360, I think I can buy Xbox One games without any problem.

How can I check the information for Xbox 360?

^It has always been clear that the Xbox 360 games would not be playable on the Xbox One(to include arcade games) I am sorry that you missed this fact. But, I still play my 360 regularly as well as my Xbox One, I do not see a major problem here. Did you buy
an Xbox One only to play your 360 games on? Or did you buy it to play Xbox One games?

...or keep your 360 and buy an Xbox One. Problem solved. If you have enough cash to buy 100 360 games, which at an extremely conservative number of $35 a game equals out to $3500, you have enough to buy a new system.

The game is listed as backwards compatible, so I guess this is not the problem.

In any case, what I'm trying to do is to buy an xbox 360 game from my browser: there's an option to do that on the page I posted above, and the Xbox One store also says I can buy it from xbox.com so it's supposed to work.

The problem seems to be that it doesn't show any of my credit cards while it should show them.

So: is there a way to fix that problem? Seeing the number of posts on the subject, it appears I'm not the only one trying to *buy* Xbox 360 games that are on sale right now for my Xbox One.
