    thanks for the answer,but it didn’t helped. I tried to buy other things in the store but it didn’t worked at all. I can’t buy anything!

    I’m paying with my Paypal account. I have purchased things with my PayPal account multiple times and I didn’t had a problem.

    Problem with buying a game

    Hello everyone,

    since almost half an hour I try to buy Fallout New Vegas for Xbox one. Every time I want to buy it,it loads for some seconds and then an error occurred,saying;

    “Sorry

    your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.”

    I’m trying this for 30 minutes,restarted the console and everything but nothing helped.

    Hope you can help me.

    Hi

    As the others have said, you should check with Xbox Support. However, it may be that the additional games are not sent straight away, and will do closer to the release date. As with most pre-orders, you might not have paid of the game yet and can cancel
    before the release date, so they don't always send out the additional games until nearer the time.

    try to clean the cache by holding the front button for 10 seconds when switch of the console...

    Then could you explain more, like how you're trying to pay your purchase?!? maybe is a problem of the card too...
