    Problem : black screen during loading screens


    So I've had a problem for 2 days. Suddenly, I have a black screen in the middle of a loading sequence.
    For example on Battlefield V, as soon as I join a game, it's going to make me a black screen minimum if not more than one on any game. For the moment it's only during inactive phases, at least when I'm not playing but it's still very disturbing.
    I don't think it's coming from the HDMI cable or my screen but everything is imaginable. It may however come from the fact that my console is in 120 FPS mode because I have a screen that supports this refresh format but I haven't yet thought about returning to basic mode to see if it changes anything or not.
    If you have any ideas or a specific way to solve this problem, don't hesitate to answer me below!

    Xbox one powering on to a black screen after logo screen.

    During normal start up it will go to the green xbox screen with loading dots on the bottom then it will display a black screen. If the black screen is what your talking about give it a minute for the xbox logo to pop up. The console is loading the dashboard
    when you see that screen.

    This exact problem happened to me. I just updated and boom just black screen instead of home screen. I click report a problem and it goes to open the app then black screen. I put in a disk and loads up the game screen and then black screen.

    I'm experiencing the same issue with a brand new Xbox One. I was playing EA Sports UFC and Ryse. UFC glitched amd then went to the start screen and when I try to load the game, the loading screens takes FOREVER. With Ryse, I get a black screen during the

    How long are you leaving it on the black screen?

    During a cold start you will get the green splash, then black screen which can last a number of minutes looking like it isn't doing anything then it will load up into the Dashboard.
