Howdy ! I have a problem with my xbox account. I activated my online subscription on 1 February 2018 for a 3-month period. Tonight I found out that I do not have any online access to any game and it shows me I would not have a subscription. What
to do ? It's the first time that's happening to me. Is there a problem from the server, should I wait? A good evening !

Hi there,

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
3. Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at Contact Us | Xbox Support

First check your internet connection to see if your Xbox is connected to the internet, if not check to make sure you connect to it and talk to your ISP and see why your Xbox is not connecting. Before contacting your ISP connect an ethernet cable to your
Xbox and see if that works, if it does then try disconnecting your WiFi off your Xbox and re-connect it. If none of that works then try contacting your ISP because it can be by them. Secondly, make sure you entered that code correctly and it is activated when
you bought it.

 

Forgot To Add: If you tried to activate that subscription while you had connection issues it could have not worked. Try it again after you have a stable internet connection.
