Problem at Xbox Live

Howdy ! I have a problem with my xbox account. I activated my online subscription on 1 February 2018 for a 3-month period. Tonight I found out that I do not have any online access to any game and it shows me I would not have a subscription.
What to do ? It's the first time that's happening to me. Is there a problem from the server, should I wait? A good evening !

Forgot To Add: If you tried to activate that subscription while you had connection issues it could have not worked. Try it again after you have a stable internet connection.

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
3. Redownload your profile
