Problem after buying GTA 5

So i just got off the phone with microsoft after not being able to play GTA 5 after purchasing it during the 30 dollar deal. The support person told me that he could see that i had purchased the game but for some reason i didnt have the license. He couldnt
give me a refund or figure anything out so he told me to post in the forums. Has anyone had this problem?

GTA V or Watch Dogs?

I am buying gta 5 and renting watch dogs. I am more excited for gta 5 too b honest.

Error code still coming up for GTA 5 even after hard reset, problem still persists.

 

Are you in the preview program?

 

I was but i opted out earlier this week. I was having too many problems with the program

 

That's the issue. With the new Store in the preview program, purchases made on a console with the preview can only work pn a preview console. Once the update goes public, it will fix the issue.

 

Should i opt back in then? Or should i just wait it out?

 

It's up to you. I'm not sure if you can just opt back in or if you have to have someone invite you back again. That could take some time.
