Problem after buying Forza horizon 3

Hello, i bought forza horizon 3 ultimate on pc. And i got an error message but it did buy it, (i got the facture, on my bank website it says ive spent the $$, and on store it says i have the game). B UT i cant see the game on Xbox software on windows, or
anywhere...

Warthog is now missing for me

I have the same problem. I lost my warthog after uninstalling the Forza Horizon 3 demo.

Any solution ??

 

Problem with the game profile

I'm having a problem with a game 'Forza Horizon 3'. After starting the game there is a message on the screen that the profile of Forza Horizon 3 which you want to load is already not available . Can you tell me what is wrong?

 

Same here, bought it and no game yet, I don't understand if the pc version is available right now, maybe that's the problem, even though in that case there would have been a "Preorder" option instead of a "Buy" one...

 

Same thing happened to me. I purchased the game but the system got an error at the end of the transaction. I did get confirmation e-mails from both MS and Paypal confirming the transaction. The store page says that I own it but there is no install option.
It is not under all apps on the PC nor is it under My Games in the Windows 10 Xbox app.

First lets look at Dolenz64's issue. If you purchased the standard edition, you will not be able to play until 9/27. However, anyone that purchased the ultimate edition will have early access on 9/23. For those of you that have installed the ultimate edition
and can't access it because there may be an issue with Microsoft' licencing and they are working on it. Look at the article below.

The version I bought as the ultimate edition. I used chat to contact support this morning as they verified my purchase and could not determine why I did not have an option to install. They ended up refunding me but I am leery to try it again.

I also got scammed, I have talked to 10 different Microsoft and XB agents to try and resolve my license key I paid $100 for. This has been the biggest fail of a release I have ever witnessed. I can personally guarantee I will never purchase a game by Microsoft
or any XB console or game. Microsoft has proved to me they do not care about me as a customer or else I would have to take 14 hours of my own personal time to get this issue resolved.
