    i bought a 3 moths prepaid code for xbox live.. but when im try to validate it on the xbox or in the smartglass app he's saying that there is been an error and that us should try again later..

    somebody knows whats going on?

    Problem adding nephew to Xbox Live Family Gold.

    To test if it's a location/IP/country/change of policy issue etc I just tried adding another friend in the UK who was a Silver xbox live member and it added them into my family no problems at all, so the problem must specifically be with my nephew's Xbox
    Live account.

    I think people have problems with ads when they appear on a paid service. Xbox Live costs $60.00 so it's reasonable to expect a lack of ads. Conversely, on a service like Youtube, one would expect ads because it's free. Ads keep a service either low cost,
    or free, and Xbox Live is neither of those... so why the ads?
