    Problem Adding a specific Person.


    I'm trying to add someone to my account. In the past i had removed them, and i cannot hear them now, so I would like to add them, however every time i add them be it on the Xbox one, my phone app, or online through a web browser it doesn't work, and tells
    me that it cannot save my changes right now. PLZ HELP!

    Ok I have TWC (Time Wesuaner Cable) and my friend has dsl, I can connect to other friends on my TWC internet but for some reason i just cannot conect to him. So is there any sugjuctions for what I sould do or he should do?

    Sorry to hear you haven't been able to game with your buddy. Let's see what we can do.

    It sounds like one of you may have a Strict or Moderate NAT type.
    To fix this, I would suggest both you and your bud run through our
    Xbox Live NAT Error Solution    .

    Let us know what that finds, or if you have anymore questions.

    It might be that both or at least one of your NAT is changing from Open to Strict or moderate over time.

    Could you provide a little more information. Please read:
    START HERE!     And post back in full detail (the bits that are in bold). Be sure to tell us what you have tried so far.
