    Problem adding 12+1 Xbox live gold card


    So i purchased a 12+1 xbox live card to use with my new xbox one i got the call of duty edition so it comes with a free 14 days of xbox live gold. when i put in the code to redeem it everything went threw fine but when i try to play online says i need a
    gold subscription to it. I've had xbox live in the past on my 360 years ago but shouldn't effect my new xbox one. so i figured it doesn't work so i just bought a 12+1 xbl gold card went into redeem code both on xbox and my computer when i type it in is does
    recognize what i bought i click confirm and after a few seconds i get an error saying something went wrong .... and now im stuck any help please the error code is as followed

    Never heard of either of these places... always a little sketch to do it.

    EDIT: Seems it went up to 43$ now.

    There's not a 12 month subscription for Ultimate. You can buy a 12 month prepaid card for Gold and then purchase 1 month of Ultimate (after adding the Gold) to convert it to Ultimate.
