    Hello. We have always connected our XBOX one through ethernet cable, but need to move it in the house now so need to wirelessly connect. I followed the instructions on how to do this, and the xbox won't detect any wireless networks at all., so the advice
    is to get repair through Microsoft Support. However, when I try to sign in via laptop to get either online or phone support, it will not let me click in to the box to fill in my name and surname, which are required fields!!!! Can somebody please contact me! Thank
