Problem about Avatar

Thanks for telling me that, I think I didn't sign in through Xbox 360 or Xbox one before. Yes I have upgraded my windows 8.1.

It seems like I can't send picture through private message.

When you right click in the applications. What settings pop up?

 

In order to send picture through PM, I need to upload picture to other place to get URL link?

Have you tried looking at your profile when your on the Application. You can do this by scrolling left in the App.

Also, try screenshot and past in the box. That may help

Yeah, I have done that. the left most in the app only have 4 options to vary, edit profile, share profile, show achievement and change gametag.

Then by clicked on edit profile bring me a pop up that can vary name, motto, location and bio. The place that should have my avatar is blank.

There is a great app for ios and android called My Xbox Live that is free and will let you log into your Microsoft account and edit your avatar.Do you have a touchscreen ipod?
