Problem about Avatar

I can't see my avatar in games app and can't even edit my avatar. Anyone can help?

Xbox avatar problems...

So, I've tried buying them off the Xbox Store online and even on my Xbox 360, but none of the content comes to my Xbox One. What's the deal here?

looks like some of the costumes and such arent compatible with the xbox one.

 

It's is probably a glitch. Just sign off and then sign back in. If that does not work turn off your xbox then restart it.

 

Sorry to ask, how to sign off from the games app?

Welcome to the forums

To sign out of the games app you should be able to see your sign in details on the top right hand corner of your computer screen. You may have to scroll right to find it. Once found it, you should see the option to sign out of the Application and will be
able to sign back into it once you have signed out.

Also, you may not see this option, if you don't. Don't panic. Try right clicking instead. This will bring up a list of options at the bottom of your screen. It should then be in the gear icon, formerly known as settings.

If you have no luck, you can always edit your Avatar through xbox.com. To do this, please click onto your name in the top right hand corner of this site. It should take you to your account overview. What other players see. You should then see options at
the left hand side, such as, edit profile etc... One of the options would be to edit avatar.

You will also need the latest version of Silverlight in order to use the Application

 

There is no account details on top right of games apps and right click didn't give any changes on the apps. Besides, from account overview at the xbox.com, there is no "edit avatar" options. I already have latest version of Silverlight... =(

Have you ever been onto Xbox Live through an Xbox 360 or Xbox One before

Also, would you be able to send me a picture via PM with your screen and what it looks like in the Xbox Games Application. This will allow me to see if your running the same version as what I have. It will also allow me to see if I can find out what is going
on

The difference between Xbox Live and the Game App is that. Xbox Live allows you to play games through the Console, and allows you to join people through Game Parties and even Xbox Live Parties. You get free Games if you are an Xbox Live Gold Member for your
Xbox 360. You will also have access to Apps and Games through your console.

The Xbox Live Games App allows you to play games online and offline using Games, as well as sending messages through the application. As for everything else, I am not sure because I mainly use Xbox Live, not the Application. However I have started to play
some games through that Application.

I am looking for options on my Application as well. Have you upgraded your Windows 8.1 yet??
