Problem 80151012

Hi, i have a problem. (btw sorry for my English)

I tried "buy" Thief from Game with gold per my x360 but i couldnt, i tried too per website - on website i confirmed my security email. After this i couldnt sign in to my profile on x360. I tried repair this with this solution Xbox Error Status Codes | Xbox Support.

After this i cant download my profile on my x360 with message "something is wrong with you microsoft account 80151012" .

i talked 4 times with people from help center but they couldnt help me... one guy proposed me even "you schould use new profile but i cant help you, i can transfer your gold account but without games"....

i created another profile for test, he works normal with live account, email & password is of course correct..

Somebody can help me?

This problem is resolved, i did reset my router.

 

Same problem here. Problem still exists.
