    hi guys, yesterday i downloaded watch dogs and an overwatch update but when i try to open them there is a loading text and a message wirh the error 0x80073cf6, i find some methods to fix it online but they did't work, i tried to reinstall the games, to restart
    the internet and to factory reset the console but the problem is still there

    sorry to hear about that problem, seems to be an error for the hard drive! first thing try to delete something and empty a bit...

    Otherwise the solution that i see working is a factory reset of the console!
